The new chef on board is Leon who has worked in some amazing restaurants, Half Moon, Brighton, Poci’s in Hampton for 9 years and Kush in South Yarra and now he brings his extensive experience to Seagulls.
Nick Kara is still in the kitchen, helping with prep and of course we are still using his fabulous recipes.
